Presentation Overview: In 2012, Missouri became the first state to pass legislation expanding “peer review” privilege and immunity to architects and engineers. The law went into effect on August 28th after 4 years of effort. As Missouri engineers, you need to understand what protection this new law affords you and your firm. Come hear the law’s principal author and drafter, Bill Quatman, explain the history of this effort and what the law means to you
